When's the last time something happened in your business without you?
If the answer is "can't remember" or “never”, you’re not alone.
My journeyI've been in the messy mix of running businesses myself, for a while now. Building something, growing it, holding it together largely on my own.
I know the highs: onboarding a brand I was proud of, working with people who got it, that feeling when a new idea actually lands. I also know the late nights, the worry over payroll, the gut punch when something doesn't go to plan.
And I know what it's like a few years in, when none of it moves without you. That exhaustion. Needing to be switched on, always. Wanting to step back, and knowing it wouldn't hold if I did.
I've since discovered a healthier way of growing a business. Used what I learned to build a couple of ventures that ran without me in every decision. Felt what growth without burning out actually feels like. So that's what I help other founders do for themselves.
Because growth only means something if you and the business are still standing at the end of it, right?
You set the direction.
I make sure the business can keep up.
Your Trusted Growth Partner
How I contribute looks different for each partnership, depending on where you're at. Some founders just need someone to think out loud with. Others want me properly in it with them. Here's what that can look like.
Clarity Sprint
A focused project to make sense of what's next
Sometimes you're too close to it to see clearly. You know something needs to shift, you can feel it, you're just not sure if it's the money, the team, your own role, or just too much competing for your attention at once.
This is a 4-6 week sprint. We step back and look at the whole business together.
What's working.
What's feeling heavier than it should.
What's still relying on you more than you'd like.
What needs to be true for this to actually feel sustainable.
From there, I help you shape what comes next. What to prioritise, what's actually worth investing in, and what to leave alone for now.
What you walk away with is a Roadmap. One place where the priorities, the risks, the next steps all live. Something you'll actually use to make decisions with confidence.
This is for you if you're pulled in too many directions, growth feels possible but a bit chaotic, and you know something needs to change but you're not sure where to start yet.

Momentum Partner
A trusted second brain for the next phase of growth
This is for founders who want regular space to work on the business, not just in it. Somewhere to think out loud, get pushed back on, and land on decisions with more confidence than you'd get alone.
Conversations tend to move between the same handful of things:
making revenue more predictable,
building out what the team can actually hold,
sharing the weight of ownership,
working out what your role looks like next,
and figuring out what actually matters right now versus what's just loud.
Think of it as having someone experienced in your corner, who gets both the opportunity and the reality of growing a business.
This is for you if you want a proper sounding board for decisions and you want dedicated time to actually think, not just react.

Build Partner
Building the foundations for sustainability, together
This is for founders who don't just want help deciding what to do. They want help doing it. I'll spend 1-2 days a week inside the business with you, building the next stage of growth alongside you.
That might mean
Making sure the Roadmap becomes reality
Refining positioning, pricing, and commercial strategy
Bringing visibility to the numbers, the margins, the performance
Designing and testing a more intentional revenue engine
Building the team and operational structure that can actually hold growth
I'm properly in it with you here, making decisions, solving problems, keeping momentum moving.
This is for you if you need hands-on support rather than advice from the sidelines, growth is creating complexity faster than you've got capacity for, and you want a partner who's actually helping make the vision real.
From £2,400/month
Not sure which shape's right for you?
That's completely normal. Most founders don't arrive already knowing what they need.
A conversation or two is usually enough to work out where we could start. And if it makes sense to work together after that, it'll take its own shape, not something I'll push.
The Tool You Actually Use
The most useful thing I build with founders is their Roadmap. One place where the priorities, the projects already in motion, and what actually needs attention next all live.
It's a practical tool you can lean on to make decisions and keep things moving. Usually the thing founders come back to long after the work with me is done.
“I don't ever want to lose this resource."
Want some of that clarity yourself first? I put together the Roadmap Starter Kit, a short exercise to help you step back and see where revenue, capacity, or your own role might need attention.
